January was one of those months when I was still on holiday with my kids but doing the occasional (choice) wedding or boudoir. So when Jordan and Daniel's wedding date came around, I couldn't wait to get back to work. I knew this wedding would be one to remember, and I was not wrong.

Jordan's morning started at the beautiful Boat Harbour on Tasmania's North West Coast; the morning was misty, and the sea fog was thick. But even after the stressful lead-up to their day, Jordan was all smiles and her usual calm and relaxed self.

Daniel prepared himself in the glamping tents at the ever-stunning Sandridge Estate, surrounded by family and friends. The day was warm, the mood was light, and the smiles were waiting.

I still get chills when I think about the moment Daniel and Jordan locked eyes as Jordan walked down the aisle. It was like their lives paused for that brief second in time. It was like all our lives paused as we watched two soul mates realise this was their moment. When you are on the outskirts documenting people's lives, these moments bring you back to reality because this is what it is all about.

Tasmanians really are spoiled for choice regarding wedding destinations and highly talented vendors.
